Responsible for verifying unclear points in the medical record and collaborating with physicians and other health care providers to obtain specified data items. Responsible for tracking periodic patient follow-up information. Actively participates and supports the Director of Operations at FHCI in the development, and management of the tumor specific outcome data reports. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: · Medical Terminology · Healthcare background · Computer Data Entry (database, Excel, Access, Word) · Solid Organization, management and Interpersonal Communication Skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associate degree in Nursing (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Health Information Management or a related clinical specialty EDUCATION  PREFERRED: · Oncology Experience · Disease-specific knowledge-
