Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · External yard duties.(weed-eating, trimming hedges, raking)  · Cleaning external. (picking up trash) · Light maintenance duties. (painting) · Maintain custodia/lawn  equipment · Performs other related duties as required or requested Education and Experience: · Education equivalent to graduation from high school, or the equivalent in related work experience. · Six or more months of general custodial experience · Demonstrates the ability to work independently in a plant setting.
